Flashforge EU offers a 14-day return window for all 3D printers and accessories, ensuring you have the right tools for your creative projects. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our EU support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the 3D printer and all included accessories in the original Flashforge box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to EU Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our European facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
